3.2- Upon your purchase of web design Packages Basic or Premium 48HoursWebsite.com will provide with a Free hosting up to 1 year, after 1 year 48hourswebsite may ask you to pay a yearly or monthly fee for the hosting.
3.3- 48HoursWebsite.com provides Free hosting for the Basic and Premium web design packages only without any additional features, if you want additional features 48HoursWebsite.com may ask you to purchase a separate hosting account with a yearly or monthly fee.
3.4- 48HoursWebsite.com doesn’t grant or provide client with FTP or any type of access to the server, any changes must be done by 48HoursWebsite.com team upon request and additional charge fee may apply.
3.5- The estimate included here covers only Basic and Premium Packages. Additional work will result in additional charges. Additional work is defined as the addition of pages, graphics, or other significant features or web programming such as photo gallery, video gallery, guestbook, contact form, request form, revisions to text content provided ready for publication, changes to elements which have been finalized, or significant changes in plan, scope, or direction of project or any work requiring more time and effort.

3.7- Client represents to 48HoursWebsite.com and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to 48HoursWebsite.com for inclusion in Client’s web site are owned by Client, or that Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect and defend 48HoursWebsite.com and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.
3.8- 48HoursWebsite.com will set up Domain name registration and web hosting for Client with 48HoursWebsite.com web hosting Division. However, 48HoursWebsite.com shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from possible lapses in hosting services caused by No payment. Such possible damages include any lost profits or business interruption or loss of digital data.
4. WEB DESIGN PROCESS AND DELIVERY TIMING
4.1- The process for the creation of website consists of client providing 48HoursWebsite.com with text content as final drafts ready for publication and in digital form. Graphic content will be provided by Client in an orderly manner and clearly labeled as to desired use on each web page.
4.2- 48HoursWebsite.com will provide client with a live website within 48 hours from the time we receive a full payment and the content, any delay in payment or in content submission will result a delay in delivery timing.
5. CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
5.1- In the event of the cancellation prior to the schedule time of delivery:
We will charge you for the greater of either: (1) all work completed up to the date of notification, based upon the percentage of the project finished and hourly work including expenses; or (2) 20% of the agreed-upon estimate plus expenses, and this contract shall be considered fulfilled by 48HoursWebsite.com. All incomplete work will remain the property of 48HoursWebsite.com. All payments already made will first be applied to these charges.
